Meet Me
I am from Tucson, Arizona (United States) and have lived in Bocas del Toro, Panamá since the age of 23. What brought me here? To be honest, my Intuition.
At a young age (about age 20), I began to ask myself ‘Existential’ questions. Why are we here? Where did we come from? What is our Purpose? I yearned for one thing. Peace. Peace of Mind, Peace on Earth, to end Suffering. These questions and longings became my primary Objective. I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering in 2013 and 2 months later, left the United States on a journey to find the answers to lingering questions in my Mind. First, what unraveled was Euophoria. A feeling of Freedom and Infinity that a small child feels when walking into an Amusement Park or a Candy Store, perhaps. I had the entire World at my feet and eternal exploration in my grips. I explored, adventured, spoke with everyone in my path and finally settled on this Caribbean Island that most people recognize as "Paradise". I read everything Philosophical, Spiritual, Scientific and Enlightening that I could find (still, to this day). I attended Women’s Circles, practiced Yoga and Meditation, attended Cacao Ceremonies and Ayahuasca Retreats, Music Circles, anything that may indicate there may be a solution to the upheaval on this Planet. After the Euophoria, I felt Pain. Pain from my Past, the Collective, sometimes even physical Pain. I noticed that each time I released some of this Pain, I was left with Relief and Clarity. It was as if the undigested Pain was hiding the underlying Reality; that we are Free, Perfect and Connected. I quickly understood that I am here to help and guide others in their Path to Peace and Freedom. But first, there was a lot of work I had to do first; on myself, my past, my family, my Karma. The work never ends; it lasts a lifetime. But the capacity to disburse the Knowledge and Practices that help us reach higher states of being and Frequencies is everpresent in Me. I am here for you, your Path, Growth and Healing.

A little deeper...
I am fascinated with the History and Psychology of Humans. I have a passion for Yoga and Meditation as a tool for Healing, withdrawing deeply-rooted emotions and finding Clarity, I have used this and other Healing medicines as a cornerstone in her personal journey and more recently, with others. She is devoted to people on their path of working through Trauma and calling back their Core Truths. My interest deepens in bridging the ‘gap’ between Spirituality and Science, bringing people closer to Purpose and Connection while helping rationalize these changes within them with Sciences, Ancient Scriptures and beyond. My 3 children were born at home in the midst of the jungle and as a family, we are avid Ocean Adventurers: surfers, snorkelers, paddle-boarders…you name it.
